2. Galvalume steel coil (AZ150/Galvalume)

Material standards: ASTM A792 AZ150, AS1397 G550

Coating characteristics: 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating, heat resistance up to 315℃, corrosion resistance 3-6 times that of ordinary galvanizing, and service life of more than 25 years.

Typical applications: industrial plant roofs, color-coated substrates, and automobile exhaust pipes.

3. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy steel coil (ZAM275)

Technological breakthrough: Zn-Al-Mg coating (magnesium content 1.5%-3%), significant self-healing properties, and red rust resistance time of more than 2000 hours.

Implementation standards: JIS G3321 ZAM275, Q/BQB 440-2018

Typical applications: photovoltaic brackets, coastal building enclosures, and cold chain logistics equipment.

4. High-strength roof panels (G550/G350)

Mechanical properties: yield strength 350-550MPa, thickness 0.4-1.2mm, lightweight and wind-resistant (in compliance with AS/NZS 2728).

Surface treatment: PE/PVDF coating can be customized to support decorative effects such as imitation stone grain and wood grain.
